Transportation changes should be submitted in writing each day. These should be sent in with your child first thing in the morning.

In case of last-minute changes, please call our front office at 804-365-4640 no later than noon. This allows sufficient time for our staff to communicate changes with the classroom teacher. We do not accept transportation changes that are sent via email or ParentSquare to classroom teachers. They must go through our front office.
For student safety, transportation changes cannot be accepted after the deadline except for emergencies.
