Our Mission
The mission of the Ashland Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to support and enrich the educational experience of every student while fostering a strong partnership among families, teachers, and staff.
There are many ways to get involved and make a difference! We encourage every family to join the PTO as we strive for 100% membership. You can also volunteer at school events, participate in our fundraisers, or serve on the PTO board.

Membership
Becoming a member of the Ashland Elementary PTO is one of the easiest ways to support our students, teachers, and school community. Membership dues help fund programs, events, and resources that enrich the school experience while also covering the PTO's operating expenses. This allows more of our fundraising dollars to directly benefit Ashland Elementary.
Membership is affordable for every family:
- Family Membership: $10 (includes everyone in your household)
- Individual Membership: $5

Sponsorship
Partner with the Ashland Elementary PTO and make a lasting impact on the lives of our students, teachers, and families.
As a nonprofit organization, the Ashland Elementary PTO works to enhance the school experience by funding educational opportunities, supporting our dedicated staff, and creating memorable events that bring our community together. Every sponsorship directly benefits our school and helps us provide programs and resources that make a difference.
Your sponsorship helps fund:
- Monthly teacher appreciation treats
- Additional classroom supplies and clinic needs
- Field trips and celebrations
- Free family events, such as Movie Night and other school-wide activities
- Other programs and initiatives that enrich the student experience

Volunteers
Whether you have an hour to give or are looking to take on a larger role, your time, talents, and support help make Ashland Elementary an even better place for our students. Before volunteering at school or PTO events, all volunteers must complete the required HCPS volunteer application and receive approval.
