Hannah Kinser, a third grade teacher at John M. Gandy Elementary School, has been named Beginning Teacher of the Year.

Megan Standlick, the music teacher at John M. Gandy Elementary School, has been named the 2022-23 Hanover County Public Schools Innovator of the Year.

We are now accepting kindergarten enrollments for the 2023-24 school year! Children must be five years old on or before September 30, 2023, to be eligible.

We will accept spring referrals for evaluation for Hanover County Public Schools gifted education through Tuesday, January 31.

We have broken ground on the consolidated Henry Clay and John M. Gandy elementary school, the first school constructed in Hanover County since Laurel Meadow Elementary School opened in 2008.
